        Cabana 'A' design inspiration comes from an 'A' frame design but due to a bit of design change we get the best space utility in it. With 4ft straight walls on the external sides, there is no space wastage as compared to a typical A frame. This design comes in options of a 1 / 2 / 3 BHK and is best suited for farm houses, holiday homes etc.

      • Concept Homes

        Concept homes are our 3BHK home options which are not only modern in design but also very functional when we talk about the floor plans. with high ceiling measuring upto 15ft from ground, concept homes are for bigger families.

        Suitable for farm houses, holiday homes etc, concept homes comes in 2 options of floor plans with a provision for customisations if required by the client. these are suited for any terrains and looks best in the woods cause of its extravagant use of natural wooden panelling on the external side.

        The modAlpine is our most versatile and space saving design which comes with options of 1 & 2 BHK. Suitable for farm houses, holiday homes, beach side properties, hill retreats etc, the modAlpine is suited best for small families. With 1BHK starting just from 400 Sq ft this design gives the user a choice to stay tiny and affordable.

        The ModAlpine comes with all wooden panelling on the internal walls & ceiling. The external walls and roof are cladded with our powder coated steel panels which are warranted for 20 years for outdoor use. The construction of the panels are done with light gauge steel manufactured using the latest CNC machines which are then wrapped with oriented stranded boards and insulation between the boards to give much desired protection from weather and sound.

        The ModRoom XL is our unique take on the classic 'A-Frame' design, retaining a stunningly contemporary feel, but with more room inside due to the quirky roof line, the modRoom XL builds on the classic 'A-Frame' design with almost cathedral-like proportions - well...for a pod! evoking the spirit of adventure and reconnecting with surroundings.
